A native of Paris, France, and a graduate from The Sorbonne with a MBA in Economics, Alain has made a life-long career in real estate and the mortgage banking industry before relocating, in 2002, to the United States. During his long French career, Alain managed teams of loan officers, created companies in France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, adapted products (from the USA!) as ARM or credit-scoring, managed numbers of properties and associations and was involved in M&A.
He is very savvy in mortgage techniques and the internet: he created the First European webportal for real estate!
When arriving in the USA, he worked first as a consultant for the industry recruiting European brokers for the first International network of real estate brokers (LeadingRE, also known as RELO©), developing between US and European companies or as an International speaker (Real Estate Connect, Community Association Institute, Salon de la Copropriete).
Since Fall 2005, Alain became a REALTOR® with Sandpiper Properties and, in March 2006, acquired Long Beach Condo Management, a company created in 1984.
His first goal is to give to his clients buyers, sellers. landlords, tenants a total satisfaction. His company is managing a portfolio of buildings and units in different areas of Long Beach, Signal Hill, Lakewood, Bellflower, Paramount and opted recently for a complete online software solution.

- National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE),
- California Association of Community Managers (CACM),
- Long Beach Council of Real Estate Commercial Brokerage (LBCRECB),
- different Meet-up Groups.
He is giving time whether to give to homeless or to teach French (and sometimes Mathematics).
He is a huge fan of music, especially classical and jazz. I love the jazz masters of Coltrane, Ellington, Fitzgerald and countless others; He has also a passion for the French classical music of Debussy, Ravel, Roussel, Dutilleux and so many others.
